TRANSPORT CHARGES

For orders totaling over 50,00 € shipping is free for all the destinations inside the courier's basic network + 3,00 € if you pay by cash on delivery. Orders up to 50.00 € are charged shipping 3.00 €  +  3.00 € if you pay by cash on delivery. There is no extra charge deriving from the weight of the products or the accessibility of your area. If your order includes bulky products that require special carrier, you will be notified of the shipping charges by phone, for the above transport policy do not apply to them.

For Cyprus the dispatch becomes a ACS courier . The cost is 8 euros for a kilo package and 1.5 euros for each additional kilo. (These prices are valid only if the order has been paid by credit card or has been deposited in the company's account).

Your charge amount is 3.00 euros for simple shipping and 3.00 euros to send the package back to you. (It does not apply when the return is made for reasons for which our company is responsible).

In the event that the reason for returning the product is that you changed your mind or were not satisfied with the product, as long as it meets the conditions for return, you can request a refund without the shipping and return costs included in the amount.
