 SHIPPING CHARGES

Orders from €50.00 and above are shipped free of charge for all destinations in the main network of couriers we work with + €3.00 if you pay by cash on delivery. Orders up to €50.00 are charged with shipping costs of €3.00 including VAT + €3.00 if you pay by cash on delivery. There is no extra charge related to weight or remote areas. For bulky products sent with a carrier, you will be informed by phone about the shipping charge, as they are not part of the same shipping policy as small parcels.

For Cyprus, shipping is done by ACS. The cost is €8.00 for a parcel weighing 1 kg and a charge of approximately €1.00 for each additional kg (these prices are only valid if the order has been paid by credit card or a deposit has been made to the company's account).

Due to the low charges of our company from the cooperating couriers, you can send the parcels for a fee to TH.KARASAVVIDIS SA.

Your charge is 3.00 euros for simple shipping and 3.00 euros for us to send the parcel back to you. (Applies to shipments within Greece and does not apply when the return is made for reasons for which our company is responsible).

In the event that the reason for returning the product is that you changed your mind or were not satisfied with the product, as long as it meets the conditions for return, you can request a refund without the shipping and return costs included in the amount.(Applies only to online orders, as defined by Greek legislation).

ATTENTION: Bulky products sent with a transport company, as they are not part of the same transport policy as small parcels, the product is returned at the expense of the consumer.

You have the right to return the products you have purchased and request replacement (a) in all cases where wrong products or products of poor and defective quality (mistakes in ordering, invoicing, shipment, (damaged by the buyer), bad packaging, etc.) and b) in all cases where there was a problem / actual defect in the product (function or quality) covered by the warranty of the product and provided that the warranty has been given by Hobbi. In any case, the products must be returned in excellent condition, in the condition received by the customer, complete and without damage and the packaging of the product is the one that normally accompanies the product and is in perfect condition. If they are not returned within 20 days then Hobbi may not accept any refund and replacement. In any case, and in all the above cases, the maximum repayment period for replacement may not be extended beyond twenty (20) calendar days from the date of receipt. In addition, in all cases, the product to be replaced must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase. In all the above cases, the products to be replaced must be in the condition received by the customer, complete and without damage, and their packaging is the one that normally accompanies the product and is in perfect condition, together with all the documents which accompanied the product (eg DAT, Retail and so on). Before returning, it is advisable to consult with the Hobbi Online Shop beforehand. In any case, return and replacement is possible under the following conditions: - contact the same day or the next business day with the Online Store - the product has not been used - the product is accompanied by all necessary documents proving the transaction etc. If the reason for returning the product is that you changed your mind or did not satisfy your product, as long as it meets the conditions for return, you can request a refund without including the cost of sending and returning it.
