Returns
Due to the low charges of our company from the cooperating couriers, you can send the parcels for a fee to TH.KARASAVVIDIS SA.
Your charge amount is 3.00 euros for simple shipping and 3.00 euros to send the package back to you. (Applies to shipments within Greece and does not apply when the return is made for reasons for which our company is responsible).
In the event that the reason for returning the product is that you changed your mind or were not satisfied with the product, as long as it meets the conditions for return, you can request a refund without the shipping and return costs included in the amount.(Applies only to online orders, as defined by Greek legislation).
ATTENTION : Bulky products sent with a transport company, as they are not part of the same transport policy as small parcels, the product is returned at the expense of the consumer.
You have the right to return the products you have purchased and request their replacement
(a) in all cases where, due to Hobbi's fault, you were sold wrong products or products of poor and defective quality ( including mistakes in ordering, invoicing, shipment, damage caused in transport, bad packaging, etc.)
b) in all cases where there was a problem / actual defect in the product's function or quality, that is covered by the warranty of the product, provided that the warranty is offered by Hobbi.
Products covered by third party warranties, such as the manufacturer of the product or his representative, are not covered by the policy mentioned above.
In all cases, the customer has the option of either not accepting receipt of the product at the outset or, after receiving, returning the product within 20 calendar days of delivery. The maximum repayment period for replacement may not be extended and after that Hobbi may not accept any refund or replacement.
The products to be replaced must be in the condition received by the customer, complete and without damage. Their packaging should be the one that normally accompanies the product and it should be in perfect condition as well.
In any case, return and replacement are possible under the following conditions:
- The Online Store has been contacted on the same day or the next working day.
- The product has not been used.
- The product is accompanied by all necessary documents proving the transaction (eg DAT, Retail receipt, and so on)
If the reason for returning the product is that you changed your mind or it did not satisfy you, as long as it meets the conditions for the return mentioned above, you can request a refund. The cost of sending and returning it is excluded from your refund.
