SHIPPING METHODS

For your best service, the shipment of your order within Greece is usually carried out with one of the cooperating courier companies GENIKI TAHYDROMIKI - ACS - ELTA COURIER - SPEEDEX either to your location or to the store you have chosen. Shipments with a transport company are made to specific, bulky products for which you are automatically informed at the completion of your order and are not shipped with cash on delivery.

PRODUCT DELIVERY TIME

Orders placed on Hobbi.gr on working days until 15:00, and if the product is available, are delivered to the courier companies, as a rule, on the same day or the next working day. The delivery of the order depends on the respective courier company, for mainland Greece usually one to two working days, for the island regions and Peloponnese the delivery time varies accordingly and can reach 4 working days. In areas designated as hard to reach by the partner courier company, the delivery time may vary.

It should be noted that the above delivery times have been estimated approximately.

When the product is marked Immediately available it means that it can be delivered to the customer either in the store or the courier company immediately. When the product is marked 1 to 3 days or 4 to 7 days or 7+ days it refers to the days the company needs to have it available for delivery to the customer either in the store or to the courier company. When the product is labeled "On order" there is no predetermined delivery time and you will be informed by phone about the delivery date.

To avoid additional shipping charges, the order is fulfilled when all products included in it are available. If for any reason you wish delivery of the only available products of the order, please call us at 2310473831, stating the order number. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. In case you wish to receive outside of these hours, you can come to an agreement with the local offices of the courier company. Deliveries are not made on holidays. Delivery days and times only apply to business days and times respectively; they do not apply to holidays and weekends.

For your convenience, in the last message we send you, entitled "DELIVERY TO CARRIER", we indicate the shipment number of the package. With it and following the link we give you, you can search for your shipment.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Within Greece

Orders from €50.00 and above are shipped free of charge for all destinations in the main network of couriers we work with + €3.00 if you pay by cash on delivery. Orders up to €50.00 are charged with shipping costs of €3.00 including VAT + €3.00 if you pay by cash on delivery. There is no extra charge related to weight or remote areas. For bulky products sent with a carrier, you will be informed by phone about the shipping charge, as they are not part of the same shipping policy as small parcels.

Cyprus

For Cyprus, shipping is done by ACS. The cost is €8.00 for a parcel weighing 1 kg and a charge of approximately €1.00 for each additional kg (these prices are only valid if the order has been paid by credit card or a deposit has been made to the company's account).

Albania

For Albania, shipping is by ACS. The cost is €19.00 for a parcel weighing 1 kg and a charge of approximately €5.00 for each additional kg (these prices are only valid if the order has been paid by credit card or a deposit has been made to the company's account).

European Union

Shipments are made with ACS which cooperates with GLS abroad. The sending of the proof of delivery is delayed as it is sent after the shipment has been delivered by ACS to GLS. The cost comes out automatically when the order is completed.

Rest of the World

The shipments are made with the Greek post office and the EMS service. The cost comes out automatically when the order is completed.

SHIPPING CHARGES FOR RETURNS or EXCHANGES

Due to the lower prices of our company's charges than the cooperating couriers, you can send the parcels at a charge to TH.KARASAVVIDIS S.A.

HOWEVER, a phone call to 2310473831 should be made beforehand, so that you can be informed of the exact amount of your charge for each shipment. (Does not apply when the return is due to the fault of our company).

COLLECTION FROM MAIN STORE

The commitment of the products is valid for 7 calendar days. After 7 days, the products are released. The above does not apply if the order is prepaid (in this case, no refund will be made after the end of 7 days).
